About Dr. Frank

Dr. Frank is a general adult psychiatrist who is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and completed her psychiatry residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Adult Psychiatry Training Program.

Dr. Frank has over 15 years of experience providing mental health care for patients in academic, telehealth, and community-based settings. She has worked with patients from a broad range of personal, professional, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual/religious backgrounds and strives to create a warm, empathic and welcoming environment for all. She has held multiple leadership roles in psychiatry, including as a Residency Training Director and Chief Psychiatrist, and she is an experienced leader, supervisor, and mentor. Dr. Frank previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and has authored national publications and presentations on a variety of topics in psychiatry, including psychotherapy, quality improvement, medical education, and the support of a diverse physician workforce.

Prior to her medical career, Dr. Frank worked in the arts, leadership development, and education, experiences which also inform her practice as a physician. When not working, she enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
